Exacting the Location of the Lost Raphael Painting

Based on the WWII letter written by the grandson of the Reich Chancellor (1917) of Germany Georg Michaelis, this paper proposes a storage location for the Raphael understanding the limited options faced at the end of the War near Dresden, and which utilizes basis assumptions, rationale and plausibility in the due process.
